I can't do it because I have no combat capabilities, but I have a feeling that you can get the components needed to build a Charge Uploader. Take this blue print and come back when you've completed the Charge Uploader.' You receive a Charge Uploader Blueprint.

The small Repair Routine constantly scans for your return, 'Have you built a Charge Uploader yet?'
The small robot takes the Uploader, 'That's great, with this I'll be able to get those Gates open. I found this Blueprint in an old file. Maybe you could use it. Well better get those gates open.' You receive 77 Xp + Snub Nose Pistol Blueprint + 5 skill points
